As a licensed real estate consultant, he is a member of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Board of Realtors, the Realtor’s Association of New Mexico, and a Certified Residential Specialist.
Accomplishments:
Bill has consistently finished in the top 5% of productive RE/MAX agents in the state of New Mexico. He was New Mexico’s #10 individual producing RE/MAX agent in 2000 and New Mexico’s #1 individual producing RE/MAX agent in 2001. RE/MAX #2 individual producing agent in 2004. He exercises the utmost in professionalism and product knowledge city wide. Maintaining customer service is his priority with all client relations. He has achieved many national awards over the years, in addition to holding the CRS designation only held by four percent of the Realtors® in the nation.
